- Q - How can I access Active Deals mobile coupons?
A – Wap: You can access http://activedeals.mobi on mobile handset browser. Please check whether your mobile connection is internet enabled at operator’s end. Incase it is not enabled, please contact operator for appropriate handset settings and charging info.
Voice – Users can access Active Deals by dialing 58888188 or 58888088 (subscribe to Active Deal alerts)
SMS – Users can download mobile coupons by sending sms: SMS DEAL <deal code> to 58888.
Or subscribe to Active Deal daily alerts by sending sms: SUB AD to 58888.
- Q – How I receive the mobile coupon?
A – The mcoupon will be delivered as an SMS to the requesting mobile number. It can also be forwarded to a friend by giving input as friend’s mobile number.
- Q – How will I come to know about location of the deal outlet?
A – The mcoupon will be sent as an sms to the user. This will be followed by another sms giving the deal location details.
- Q – How do I use the mcoupon?
A – Each mcoupon will have a unique id (alphanumeric) mentioned in the sms content. The user will have to show this id at the billing counter of the outlet to claim discounts/ benefits.
- Q – What if I don’t receive a coupon even after I’ve requested for it?
A – Usually the coupon in delivered within minutes of requesting for it, but there might be exceptions where-in there will be delay delivery due to network issues.
- Q – Will I be charged for downloading the coupon?
A – As of now coupon downloads are being charged at regular SMS charges of 58888, but will be changed in near future.
- Q – Will I be charged for browsing http://activedeals.mobi ?
A – This will depend on the internet browsing package taken by user with the respective mobile operator.
- Q – Will I be charged for using the IVR service?
A – Accessing the service will be charged at one rupee per minute.
- Q – Can I access this service via a website on my laptop or desktop PC?
A – Yes, you can view all the deals/discounts currently being offered, but request for a mcoupon can be done only via the mobile handset.
