Consent to our Communication with you/your friend via SMS
By participating in the said Deal you agree to either receive M Coupon at your mobile or gift M coupon to your friend by providing your friend’s mobile number, via an SMS. In addition, by registering / subscribing for the said Deal, you agree to receive latest Deal alerts, from TIL, via SMS updated from time to time intimating you about the latest discount offer(s) available in your locality (Default setting). Personally Identifiable Information
In order to receive M Coupon; or gift M Coupon to your friend; or Register / subscribe to receive Deal alerts from TIL, you must disclose certain Personally Identifiable Information i.e. Your phone number / your friend’s phone number etc. and you consent / allow to the collection and use of said Personally Identifiable Information for the limited usage in terms of this Deal. While TIL takes reasonable steps to safeguard and to prevent unauthorised access to the afore-mentioned personal information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorised access, and we make no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to your private information.

Using M Coupons
M Coupons are simple to use. Just take your mobile phone (containing the Code) received by you through an SMS and go to the selected outlet (as informed) to avail the discount. M-Coupon must be shown at the time of availing the discount. M Coupon will contain requisite information regarding the Deal / discount details (i.e. the deal duration, validity, nature of the deal, etc.). Make sure you note the expiry date of the Deal, as some deals may only be valid for a few days. Also, note that each user can download M Coupon, for such number of times, as per the nature of the Deal. Any attempt to acquire additional coupon(s), incases where the same is not allowed due to the nature of the Deal, will not fetch any results and the user will receive a rejection message stating “Sorry, you have already downloaded this Coupon” M Coupon can only be used once and the same must not be copied or duplicated or re-used, in anyway.

Issues Most problems associated with M Coupons are to do with the unauthorised and incorrect use of the codes. A few of the main issues here are:
• Wrong spelling of information in any of the Categories i.e. location, brand, etc.;
• Unavailability of deals in a particular category, city or area;
• Limitation on maximum number of coupons of a deal that can be downloaded in a specific time interval i.e. per day/ per week/ per month etc., or per MSISDN or in total;
• Expiry / discontinuance of advertiser/s deal(s);
• Entry of invalid / wrong mobile number; etc.
TIL will not be liable for any costs incurred by you towards your service provider or unexpected responses received by you because of user error or any other occurrence or omission on Your part.

Limitation of Liability
M Coupons are provided for promotional purposes and are brought to You by TIL for your best advantage. TIL acts ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY as the facilitator for such activity promoted by the particular advertiser, as the case may be. To the extent permitted by law, the advertiser reserves the right to vary or withdraw the promotional offer in the M Coupon at any time. An advertiser may refuse to accept M Coupon if it suspects the same is fraudulent or is copied / being re- used, etc, at the absolute discretion of the advertiser.
TIL does not provide, underwrite,or guarantee that an advertiser will provide the discount on the goods or services or at all. TIL is not responsible for the failure of an advertiser to comply with the terms of M Coupon, or for anything that an advertiser does or fails to do. You should direct any complaints in this regard to the advertiser.
You expressly agree and acknowledge that the Deals/Deal alerts are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TIL expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Neither does TIL make any warranty that the goods/products will meet your requirements, or the delivery of the SMS will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor is TIL responsible for sub-standard quality or any defects of any nature in the goods/Product(s). Also TIL, disclaim(s) all liability arising from technical malfunction.

Miscellaneous
M Coupon can not be exchanged or redeemed for cash and no cash claim will be entertained in lieu of the same.
TIL reserves the rights to terminate/suspend/stop/cancel the Deal(s) at any time without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. TIL reserves the right to withdraw / change / modify the terms and conditions at its own discretion and without any prior notice and / or assigning any reason. Therefore, you are advised to regularly check for any amendment(s) or update(s) of these Terms of Use.
Your participation/subscription into this Deal shall be deemed as your acceptance of these Terms of Use. TIL may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a user(s) access to any or all of our services.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion currently being offered. All disputes are to be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
